This was my 2nd time renewal and broker was asking full brokerage and that too for only 8 month's rent agreement.
I thought of searching new flat and then come to know about moniker.in. called many owners and all were genuine owners .
The price of mostly all the flats was a little high but when you compare it including brokerage its very reasonable.
Finally I liked one flat and deal got done in a 5 story building in sector 8A Airoli. Suggest you to visit the site there are less flats but most of them are worth hiring. The site is new for me don't know how many of you are aware of it.
