I had taken their postpaid plan to sell my flat. The service is very good, and I truly appreciate some of the support they extended during the process.
It was smooth working with no broker, specially with the real estate service team. Other teams are also good like field managers, post closure team, legal team. While every team played their part, the contribution from the RM under the postpaid plan stood out and ensured my concerns were addressed.
Following are a few reasons why I had a good experience working with No Broker:
They take complete ownership of the selling process and provide meaningful support at each stage. All their internal teams coordinate well and ensure queries are directed to the right person, so that no concern remains unresolved.
The RM has very good knowledge and was always willing to assist. Whenever I had a question, her response was timely and followed up with relevant action 90% of the time.
Contacting the team was convenient, the RM remained accessible all the time, and if unavailable sometime, she always arranged a timely call-back. Even if another team member followed up, they were well-informed and aligned with the earlier discussions. Even if you write a mail they will respond timely.
Most important point is they made a promise and later helped me with the service completely throughout.
I will strongly recommend to take their real estate services specially for selling or buying flat. Their other advantage is the No Broker as a site is really good, lots of visitors.
