Dedicated Manager was never assigned nor called
Vehicle met with an accident and came 3 hours late
No hygienic measures were taken despite of COVID
Worst of all, physical damage to property. The vehicle rammed into the compound gate causing huge loss
Customer support team never picks up nor calls back once payment is made.
