I purchased a mediclaim policy for max bupa for my family and that document which I received contains all the incorrect names of my family member along with the date of birth.
On multiple requests since 2 month, none of the requests is resolved the policy purchased is of no use due to the wrong name.
I am going to share my worst and very horrible experience. Seriously, guys, I requesting to all of you max Bupa all agents are cheater they earn only their money so aware.
