The camera is all you need for any level of photography.
You know how to bring out the best out of this camera, then this camera will sink completely. Agreed that the settings of the camera, but if you have hardware that really matter most to adapt to what is just fantastic, are not easy to mess with! Sensors, even though the 12-bit(and not uncompressed) is amazing and compressed RAW(NEF) format compression, uncompressed RAW image format which is really beyond expectations with barely make a difference.
You can also tweak a few settings here and there and some quality photos that can compete(it is expected to outperform) with high-end ones can get. And a bit noisy at higher ISOs and ISO Hi1 I Hi2 settings are noisy as hell of course, but you also have to consider that this camera does not have a high-end(cut some slack!). But otherwise astonishingly impressive 24.1 megapixel is a 24-bit depth!
