Though it's bit late for reviewing this camera but still I have to do it, because the camera has so many nice and eye catchy features that can possibly intimate you to buy this.First of all the camera is as slim as a cigarette packet(4.5*2.6*1.6 in).
Its space saving design, light weight and very good features are ideal for everyone. It has a 16 million effective pixels along with a 1\2.3 in CMOS sensor and a very good NIKKOR lens with a 30x optical zoom.30 x is equivalent to 25-750 mm lens.
So basically it is a lot of zoom.And it has pretty much every shooting mode like auto, manual, shutter priority mode, aperture priority mode, sports mode etc. Daylight images are great but low light and night time images are not that much sharp and crispy.But overall you will be pleased.battery backup is decent, you can click approx 300 picture in one charge.Nikon s9900 is a camera for all. whether you are a freelance photographer or just a regular nature lover.this camera will be your best companion. thank you.
