Night Out is my LIFELINE. Review on Night out

Monday through Friday, at 11:30 pm, I'm glued to NDTV. Yes, I am addicted to watching Night Out. Many people have written this show off as a meaningless forum for socialites and industrialist to talk about themselves. And while this may be the case sometimes, this show is more than that. Night Out is entertainment news. For a Delhi-ite or regular Dehi-goer, this show not only pinpoints the latest hot spots in the city, but also highlights fashion trends, gallery openings and movie and music news. And of course this includes the interviews with the Page 3 regulars, but that's no reason to write the show off. The camera work, however, is shaky and not of the highest quality, but the show offers daily live coverage at a different hotspot each night, and interviews with local celebrities. Aneesha Baig (the main hostess of the show) does a good job with the live interviews. She is always composed and dignified, not to mention extremely well-spoken. So for the people that see this show as superficial and meaningless, I implore you to look beyond the socialites and celebrities at the other aspects of the show. It may not be REAL news, but its definitely worth watching.
