The clothes are lovely and Ive always had good service at the store in Khan market. The problem is with their online service. If you are even browsing without signing into your account, if you dont complete the purchase they will send you a stalker like message saying " SEE SOMETHING YOU LIKE". Nudging you to complete the purchase
When you buy something they will send you several messages for one order congratulating you for buying from them. They will send that message 3 times, via email, what app and regular text.
BUT If you buy & pay for something that is out of stock they will not bother to inform you. Just one email saying we have initiated a refund your bank will tell you when it lands .
As someone who runs a retail business and a production company and is into consultancy. This is the creepiest kind of service I have experienced.
But if you return an item same thing they will not inform you about your store credit. You have to keep emailing you.
It's like you are only worth considering when you give them the money and then it's like fk u! See Ya!
Such a shabby strategy for such lovely clothes!
