My order on 21st December 2024 has nothing bit short of frustrating.
They are a big time scammers, looting hard earned money from people.
DONOT FALL FOR THEIR PROMISE OF PRIORITIZED DELIVERY, SAHRING IMAGE AND TRACKING ID AFTER THE QUALITY TEST BEFORE DISPATCH OR THE FACT THAT THEY ARE LISTED IN FLIPKART.
These are nothing but lies. I would advise just call their customer number and ask if they have a tracking mechanism for the products. They don't.
They just take ethe call and keep saying we will raise the issue.
After you have paid the money the sales representative will stop responding. He might say the order is ready to be dispatched etc. But they will never share any details and keep delaying the process endlessly. Or worse, just look at LinkedIn, their social media has been taken down, you will not see the owners, Mr. Deepanshu and Mr. Avishek Kumar anywhere.
Those people have zero shame.
PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST. AT present there are at least a 1000 people who have been defrauded. And some of us are speaking to police collectively to get our money back and book the owners.
