I think to purchase new isp and heard most about nextra that nextra is good isp. I visited nextra website and find a plan that suits my requirement and budget ( nfinity plan) and when I call nextra customer care to ask for a visit at my home and they try to sell other products which are costier and when I ask them about the plan they asked that the plan is not available at my area.
What does it means, the plan that I choose is not available, are nextra kidding with me. Do they think customers are fool. How can one plan is not available at one area and are available at other area which is neighbour of my area. They only seeks money no customer service or satisfaction.
Conclusion : dont go with nextra they make only money. I had very bad experience at first. I think if they cheat customer at beginning then how can one believe in long life isp relationship.
