I purchased Nextra Broadband connection. My connection has been regularly been down every 3-4 days. When you call up their customer care they give you some vague reasons.
There have been about 12-14 outages in last 2 months
Mr Kapil Dev- please let me know how can we escalate this problem to you. Your team below is not allowing us to reach you.
I will never recommend anybody to take nextra broadband connection
