HELLO EVERYONE
Today a review for nexta broadband service.
I have been using nextra for the past 1 years till now . Overall the service is very bad.
I have been facing lots of problem in this service . its regular that in every month sometime the whole day there is no net connection.due this I have lots problem.
And whenever I have complained for this issue to their service centre the agent used to say we will resolve your issue within 4 hours but it has always taken more than 24 hours to resolved the issue.
