Netmeds is a premium online pharmacy which was launched in the year 2015.From its very beginning I have been a regular customer.So today I am sharing my unbiased review about netmeds purely based on my personal experience.
Pros-
1.The netmeds app is user friendly.
2.Huge collections of medicine available.
3.You can buy alternative medicines with same generic name.
4.Gives 10-15% discount.
Cons-
1.Ask for a prescription for each and every medicine.( even for a common cold drug)
2.Their pharmacist never accept the prescription you provided at one go.You need to persuade them via calling for approving the prescription provided by your personal physician.
3.After rejecting the prescription they try to convince you to consult with their own doctors online for which you have to pay an additional 400Rs.
4.Cash on Delivery facility is often disabled.
5.Take delivery charge even if you buy medicines worth Rs10, 000.
6.Delivery time is comparatively long.
