Hello friends, I want to introduce a new payment app named as neteller. This app is mainly used for gambling transaction. It supports Indian rupees, but it's too expensive for Indian people. It takes 200 rs to 300 rs only for visa card verification. My 200rs. is still available in this app. I can't able to withdraw to my bank account. Because it charges 535 rs. for banking transaction. So I suggest you to never use this app. There are so many payments app in the market, use them. It's interface is so bad. It's verification takes a long time. No customer support. Here, customer support is only for VIP members. Stay away from this app.
