I have been with this company from last 3 years and love this people friendly environment.
From interview to till date I did not find any issues with the management. Actually the best peoples are around from IIM to IIT to motivate you.
There are lots of celebration and benefit camps that get scheduled every month to give you moral boost.
Every Friday beer bash is taking one more step for employee collaboration.
