Net4 India has the most hopeless and rude Customer Support staff I have ever faced. With 24 hours of getting the server, I had to raise 4 tickets even to find out the Name Server, File Location(Never got it ever), setting up the database server(although they claim its automatic), etc. Finally the site was not launched even after 48 hours of getting the server!
The ticket you raise will be closed even without addressing the issue.
Answered will be weird like – “Setting up the database takes time if you have special characters in the password”!
It’s a nightmare.
