So last month I was in pune for work and later in the evening, I went to this Neeta travels office to book a bus ride to borivali mumbai.
The staff here is so arrogant that they speak to you as if they are doing a favour on you! Very annoying.
They quoted 550 rupees for one seat. That is expensive considering there is nothing special in the service. The staff did not entertain any bargaining. Straight away said on my face that buy the ticket if you can afford. I dont undertsand where they get so much arrogance from!
I had to travel that evening hence I forcefully booked the ticket. The bus arrived 20 minutes late in the first place and then it goes around inside pune for around 45 minutes picking up passengers at their various agent outlets! This was the worst part! So much delay is unacceptable. the bus even was old and noisy. The driver was not good on the highway. Overall it was a nightmare travelling by Neeta.
I dont recommend them to anyone. Please avoid them and go for the state government Shivneri AC bus service. They way better!
