This is regarding that got delivered couple of days ago. Since, the size was smaller I tried to reach out to their customer care and that is when I realized their scam.. They literally do not have customer service at all!!!
I have been trying to reach them from past 2–3 days via your WhatsApp support, Email, Twitter, & sent messagea to them on their website/FB/Insta as well- (all possible options) - getting no response whatsoever! They don't have a customer care number nor online site doesn't have return/exchange option. By the time get hold of your customer care - your "7-day" return window will be closed!!
When I posted this comment on their posts, they immediately delete it! They have the audacity to delete the comment - but “No” they would respond to the return related issue!
Please don't fall into their trap - Big time Fraud company!! Have wasted my 2 days trying to reach to initiate a return - but no luck!!
