First of all I would say that this site is able to attract its user for the first time but it is hardly a useful job portal. It send lots of job ads in those non useful ads fill your mail but hardly any of those are really useful for you. The designing of the site is good infact it is the only one good thing of this site. So I would like this job portal site should consider its users real problems and provide jobs as far their requirement.
