We have been using Naukri for our recruitment. Overall the product is a good resource to have in our candidate searches. Though for our industry the resume data base has been really useful and delivered good candidates, the ads are not working for us.
We even cross tested with 2 other Job boards and it works well enough there, but here response rates are significantly low.
