The sales guy called me N number of times and tended to argue with me also. I still took the service due to need. He did not give me the information he was supposed to give. I realized this when I received the feedback form for sales. I put in a poor response to the survey. No one cared to follow as they had received the money I believe.
My CV was not uploaded in Resume Display in the 4 days promised. I had to follow up 2 times on mail. Sunday I called up for this and the sales guys tried to sell me something more which he did not know himself about.
Today their support person was rude, giving incorrect information, putting me on mute, and telling me that she did not have time.
HORRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL.
I FEEL CHEATED DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS GROUP OF UN-PROFESSIONALS WHO HAVE ONLY BEEN INTERESTED TO GET MY MONEY.
THEY ARE UN-COURTEOUS, GIVE FALSE INFORMATION, ARE RUDE AND THEIR SUPPORT PEOPLE HAVE NO TIME(BECAUSE THEY HAVE RECEIVED THE MONEY FROM THE CUSTOMER)
