Hi all,

If you are looking out for a job, look no further. Naukri.com is the answer for your search.

For starters, it is a very fast, which is one of the primary requirements of a website. It has very few flash / HTML stuff which delays the display of any page. It is simple yet informative and most importantly to the purpose.

For the job seeker, it is one of the best job sites world over. It has almost all the job listings arising in India. The search menu is also very well designed, with functionwise, locationwise, employerwise, searches available. The site posts jobs of every company, small sized, medium sized and large sized, unlike certain sites which hosts only jobs of large companies.

From the employer’s side, every HR person I have interacted have confided in me that they publish their ad for requirement of people first on naukri. The charges are also minimal, so they say. And the response they get is tremendous.

However the interface of the website is not that hi fi. The saying ‘first impression is the best impression’ is a big setback for the site as the first impression will not be impressive. But if you are the one who can see beyond what meets the eye and see the true purpose of anything which is effectiveness. From effectiveness point of view, no other job site even comes anywhere near naukri.

It also offers Resume Building services for the job seeker. By all measures of functionality, it is one of the best job sites around.
