This review is for the online site for ordering groceries. Off late, I have ordered all my weekly groceries from sites like Big Basket, Localbanya and Zopnow. When I saw a 20% discount on natures basket, I decided to give it a try. Having a strong name like Godrej made be pay online as well. Otherwise I always choose COD. After placing an order at 10 am, I choose the delivery slot between 2 pm to 4 pm. I have gotten used to the timely delivery of other e-tailers and expected this to reach on time.
But the order did not reach till 5 PM. I called up the helpline to check, everytime was told that I will be given a call back. I atleast called uo 5 times to the helpline but not a single call back came inspite of being promised a call back within 5 minutes. I have never faced such an unprofessional behaviour where the call centre was unable to track where my order was and by when will it be delivered. The order was finally delivered at 6.15 pm. In addition a few of my products were replaced by higher cost items and a few were dropped altogether. Still awaiting refund.
Never again shopping from here. Shame on you Godrej
