Reagarding fee policy and harresment of students

It has been observed that the school is enforcing transportation and other fees in a rigid and insensitive manner. Students whose fees are pending are being repeatedly questioned, pressured, and in some cases humiliated in front of others. Such actions are causing unnecessary stress and negatively affecting their academic environment.

Furthermore, it is extremely concerning that the school is withholding essential study materials, including books, unless 60% of the fees are paid. Denying students access to books directly impacts their learning and academic progress. Educational resources are a basic necessity, and restricting them as a means of enforcing fee payment is unfair and unethical.

Financial matters should be addressed with parents or guardians respectfully and privately, rather than placing the burden on students. Educational institutions are expected to support and nurture students, not subject them to fear, embarrassment, or disadvantage due to financial constraints.

I request you to kindly investigate this matter urgently and take appropriate action to ensure:

Students are not harassed or humiliated over fee-related issues

Essential academic resources, such as books, are provided without conditions

Fee-related communication is handled directly with parents in a respectful manner
