Life to death experience
My husband had been experiencing right abdominal pain for a month and so We consulted Dr.Pratibha Shetty and the conclusion was a stone in his gallbladder, so she further recommended it to Dr. Sharath Kumar JG on 7th April 2022, explained the process of gallbladder removal . went on 9th April 2022 for laparoscopy , which was unsuccessful , common duct was damaged and, further, He was refered to Narayana Mazumdar Shaw for further open surgery (removal of gallbaldder & fix Common duct) on 10th April 2022. Thankfully, the surgery went well thr .
My concern is the test/anatomy was not done sufficient to understand the procedure , we came to know that with my condition it was supposed to happen Open surgery. But due to Dr. Sharath Kumar JG lacked knowledge. It was done lapro that damaged my running organ.
Secondly, the way Billing is done. I paid consultation to Dr. Sharath Kumar JG on 7th April and yet in my final bill I see you charged 3 times for Dr. Sharath Kumar JG on 9th(twice) , 10th April. what Dr. did on 10th ? and why twice consultation on a single day?
Biggest concern: If Doctor is not expert to handle this type of situation, then he should not attempt surgery and should have referred to me in the first place for open surgery.
