I want to share my experience with Naaptol.com, few month's ago, I order for swing machine. on television it was looking awesome, they showed how easy to do a work on that, but my husband told me why you are buying from this first go and take visit in market then take decision but without thinking I took decision that I will buy this swing machine because it was too handy and too compact, we can keep thread inside it and thread quality is also showing good, as they were showing on television.
After few day's when I received my swing machine as usual it was looking good, it was light in weight, it was compact every thing was as shown on television, but when I started working on it it didn't started when I gave complain their was no result.
From that time I felt that I was cheated, no response at all.
