Naaptol spends a lot of money on advertising on newspapers, televisions. Some of its products seemed like a great value for money. So I decided to buy a track suit+ reebok watch+ ray ban sunglass at 1800 rupees. Placing the order was too simple. I just had to call and tell my name, address, phone number etc. They told me that my order will be delivered in 12-15 days. I was shocked to listen this. Usually a shopping site takes 5-6 days. But I decided to wait for such cheap n best products.
I placed the order on 7th October 2016 and they delivered on 22nd October. Package was in a very good condition. I was very delighted. But when I opened the package, I was shocked.
There was a cheap looking track suit, a duplicate watch and a damaged sunglass.
The track suit was not even of Rs. 600 and you could get a better watch in Rs. 150 on a street shop. I was robbed.
I called the Naaptol customer care for the duplicate products. At first they were not receiving my call but after waiting for 30 minutes they received and they said that we can't do anything. After many calls and emails they said that they will arrange a replacement for the duplicate products. Now it is 8 days, but the delivery boy never came.
Guys if you don't want to get robbed like me, never buy from Naaptol.
