Rewards System @Naaptol:Is it really exists???

Recently I brought some products(order Number 10180508) although Dispatch was very later but finally I got the ordered products.


Now I was expecting some 426 Reward points those should be credited once the product has been received and after providing the feedback, but this Fraud Company has never ever cared to credit the pending 426points to my account.


I have taken up this matter with their Useless Customer team on 10th October 2014 but since then they are Working working and Working on the issue to resolve and issue the pending 426 points and ever since their entire team is Still Working and still are unable to success in this working.


After a month I have escalated this problem to their So called CEO(I doubt whether really any CEO really exists in Naaptol) and again I have got the mail that they are still working on the problem and thanked me for my patience(which I really deserve) and advised me Wait for a resolution. Everytime I get a Copy Paste Version of a Single mail  containing Thanks about my patience and allow them some more time to resolve this problem.


Although I am quite sure that they are just running a Forge programme about rewards points but I have so far sent 7 Reminders and Just waiting for their clarification and acceptance that No such Rewards points really exist in Naaptol.


I have wished them best of Luck to work on the problem( but also I doubt that by working on the problem for such a long time, they should not be a Problem for them selves)


Also, I feel they could make another Taajmahal in the time they have worked together to resolve my problem.


So A Simple advice/suggestion to my fellow members before choosing Naaptol.com, that dont expect any Rewards after Purchase.
