I had ordered sharp sidekick lx2009 on 15-03-2012. The order ID was 3628141. Till today i.e. on 10-04-2012 neither I have received the product nor refund. Even after asking for refund the customer care personnel is telling that it would take 21 days more. may I ask anybody what the hell is this.


Most of the online companies strive to fulfill the order as soon as possible.but naaptol.com is not one of them.


First they have used third class courier service of aramex.and even after calling that they are allowed to ship the item again by another courier company.they have not provided any sufficient response.


So friends you are advised to not use naaptol.com. the worst online shipping portal after timtara.com.
