They don, t provide good services, by selling poor quality products they lose their customers day by day, I bought some dress from their store, it was the worst quality product I ever seen, I don, t recommend anyone to buy from naptol products. They are No 1 cheaters. Their products are waste. Buying naptol products is equivalent to throwing your Money in dustbin. Its customer care is worst.I ordered 3 executive shoes from their store paid shipment of 399. Price per shoe is 599. The maximum retail price printed on shoes is 499. When contacted the feedback number did not agree and said all branded shoes are sold above printed maximum retail price. The company cheats customers with wrong claims on channels. delivery time is infinity and their is no service for customers, without any service standardization what reliability
