I ordered a product after comparing between tradus and naaptol and this was the first time I used this stupid site. After paying for the product I waited for a week but the status remained as order verified. After that without any notification it changed to "Cancelled for Refund". When I called them I was informed that the price displayed on the site was wrong and hence they have cancelled the order!
Now coming to the refund of amount it is another big natak. I am still waiting for my refund after 3 weeks of ordering the product and every time I call them the customer care guy gives a different story. I am going to file a consumer court complaint if I dont get the refund by this week.
