I wonder how they manage their advertisement in almost all language channels?Their products are stupid quality. Napoli is a big cheaters.
I ordered wallet seeing advertisement. The item I got was very bad and I returned.After a week they sent mail acknowledging my returned product and issued refund order.
I place order for roti maker. After adjusting the refund amount, I was to pay Rs. 525/-
When I checked with them for non delivery of roti make, to my surprise they said my order has been cancelled due to huge orders. I have asked refund if my money in that case. But, no response from them.
Thinking of filing a case against them for cheating
