A fraud company. They delivered a used /defective tab against full payment!! Crm@naaptol.com is not coming to the picture (Sandeep - Alpha Radios ) asking to return the defective device for which they have taken full payment. Complaint regd. to Delhi state Commission.

So be careful while buying from NAAPTOL FULL CASE DETAILS ARE AVAILABLE ON REQUEST AND WILL BE FWD TO YOUR EMAIL KINDLY SHARE TO ALERT YOUR FRIENDS NAAPTOL A FRAUD COMPANY

Dear Amit,
As per our telephonic discussion, we have requested you to send back the product for replacement at our ware house, the same has also been informed by vendor over the phone.
We also gave you the option to send back the product for refund, but the same is not agreed by you.
You want the replacement or refund at your door step & collect the product at the same time, however the same cannot be done at the same time, once we receive the product at our ware house we shall refund the amount to you in 7 to 8 working days via cheque or online transfer (NEFT).
Please be assured of complete and satisfactory resolution, kindly co-operate in resolving your issue.
