I am using online shopping from past 5 years. I ordered a product from naaptol order number. 5613440 , placed on date: 18 dec 2012. You people don't even believe that its being 7 days i have no information about my order. When ever i post complaint over naaptol.
I get a mail we have noted that you want a quick delivery. We will make your order urgent. But nothing happens after this. Naaptol people dont have stocks, i have placed an order of 10000rs by debit card. No assistance from naaptol. Worst experience for online purchases. Due to company like these customer have to suffer. I am planning to file a petition against them over akosha.
