Before a few months I had watch car washing n care kit on naaptol.so I was interested. And that's why I called.kit prize amount was 2000 around.I place my order via phone.during the discussion he(meance call receiver of naaptol) told me that home delivery charge will be 400rs extra.then I said sorry I'm not interested. I mean this is too much.and I hang up.
After that in just next minute he called me and said u are selected in our lucky customer contest.now u will get free home delivery. Then I took place my order obviously.
And only in an hour the parcel was delivered.
It means no longer distance between distribution area and my home.therefore he want me to pay 400 extra.
