If we talk about naaptol.com it is a shopping website. We see ads of naaptol on television everyday. I have bought products from this website and I want say that product quality according to its price is not good.It is shown on television that products are of high quality but they just show off. I want to share personal experience .I bought clothes, watch and mobile also. but products are not good as shown in ads. It is not a fake website . Some products related to households which are used in our kitchen are good.Its some products are good but some are of low quality. Products in this website can be bought from market with at least 20% low price.so I would not recommend it to other people but if you want to shop, be careful.
If I talk about its customer service and delivery, it is a trusted website.but in my openion to its products, it is not reliable.
