I purchased a hand operated 2 ton car hydraulic jack during the last week of Feb. Two major problems on receipt
a. It does not work
b. The manuals are totally useless
I complained to their customer service via e-mail. They called me and asked me what the issue was and then hung up on me without a solution.
My strong recommendation is to avoid purchase from this company. Delivering a faulty product is one part of the problem, can happen with any brand. But not doing anything about it is unheard off.
I regret I did not come to mouthshut before purchasing, the 1 rating aptly summarizes the company. A bunch of idiots could have come together to achieve a higher rating. It is astonishing that a company run by an IIT grad can be this unprofessional.
I would recommend that the young man who runs this company either fix this quickly or find something better to do with in his career. Shame!
