I selected Naaptol.com as the prices seemed reasonable and there was payment through EMI option available. But, what I was not aware of was that these people will vanish after you make payment and every time the customer will have to call the customer care to know the status of the order.
Very poor customer service! Pathetic after sales support. Even after the money is paid in advance, no intimation about product dispatch or delivery is given. Every time I call customer care, I get to hear only one statement, "Your complaint is registered, someone will get back to you within 48 hrs". I am wondering how will I recover my money now.
