As usual seeing from the advertisment of naaptol.com one of friend orders a projector of price Rs. 6799 for his work some month ago. We have placed the order from phone call and noted them deliery address. They promised for delievery within 5 days but the delivery boy come to us after 10 days. The project is looking too good but we don't know what's going to the next. As we stars the projector it doesn't working neither starting. As we contact for relacement to naaptol.com for replacement they promise to send the delievery boy in the next 5 days but no one will comes. They finally we decided to go to their service center. We saw there is person who is repairing the projector. When we said to replace our project then he gives us the projector he is repairing. Then the projector work for 2 -3 days properly then the same problem is occurring i.e. it is not starting. We again call to their service center then they didn't concern on us and saying that it is your fault we cannot relace it again. Finally we feel guilty that why shouldn't we ordered it from amazon ? Why we comes in the trap of lower price and discount of naaptol.com ? But now we have decided not to use it in Future. Naaptol.com is overall a trap for the customers don't comes in this by some saving of money and some discount advertisements. Hope this is helpful for shopping from online.
