I have seen the naaptol shopping ad in tv commercials. As their ad looks so much promising, so, I ordered a phone from their website for cash on delivery. My order was confirmed via phonecall and they agreed to deliver at my doorstep within 2 weeks. I belong to a small town of Tripura but still my town is having a district headquarter.
I was waiting patiently for my order since 2 weeks after order confirmation and unfortunately, no such delivery occurred. I did a call to their customer service and asked about the delivery. They have answered me that there was a technical issue so they didn't despatch it. Later, they mentioned about new delivery within next 2 weeks. So, I was relieved and again, I was waiting patiently. More than one month passed and there was no such delivery attempted to my area. I got frustrated and I didn't bother to call them back.
After few days, I have got a call from a courier company about my delivery from naaptol. I have asked them to deliver in my town but they refused me. They gave me an option either to get the product or else they will send it back to naaptol.
Since, I wanted the phone for so long, I rushed to the capital city of Agartala, which more than 140kms from my area to get that parcel. Hopefully, it was in good condition. But my first experience was worse.And I don't suggest people to bu from them as their service is pathetic one. I am never going to buy from this website.
