Hello friends, I orderd many items from that site after watching their tv ads in past and my experience is very bad. On tv they represent products in combos. Their individual prizes very low in market as compared to site. Their customer service also gives bad experience. At the time of order they talks in very good manner and recieve calls very fast but if we occured some problem then they not easily recieve our calls and not provide complete help. Their product quality is bad as they focus only on quantity. Most of time they sold products of unknown brands. They not provide good deals on branded and genuine products. They deliver products very slow even after charging extra amount as delivery charges on every single product. They use very cheap packaging and not use air bags even on electronic items. Hence, some time they deliver damaged product. Their app is designed in very unprofessional way and not describes product completely. Also surfing and finding any product is slightly difficult due to wrong site map. Hence, we have to watch product on tv and order it by calling them. They always sell products in packs and calculating original value of combo is very difficult. In this way finding a single product becomes harder.
