I ordered Black berry storm from Naaptol.com, My order ID is 3863500.I got faulty order so I called at there customer-care number 9223516148.They received my call and generated a complained number 2834135 against my order , As per the executive I will get the response from them within 48 hours, I don't have got any chaser from them till now.


Please follow that review to see the correct method for refund.I will update continuously the current Update against this complained.
