I ordered a karbonn mobile over a month ago. But till now, I didn't received the product. I called to customer care. They told that your order has dispatched and they provide me aramex AWB# I called to courier people and they told we didn't received any parcel in such AWB# and you please contact to naaptol people only .


Again, I called to Naaptol people they didn't respond to my call or any e-mails. So please don't waste ur time and money with buying from the naaptol.


Go to another online company ...
