I have ordered (3974613) 10 days back and the order status is not changed since I ordered. Adding to it, I couldn't connect to the customer care as "All our customer care executives are busy at this moment".


With all the difficulty, when I could successfully got connected, he replied servers are busy and I should call him back!!!


Never go for Naaptol as you cannot cancel your order also. Moreover, there is 300 Rs. delivery charge.
