Dear All,
I interested in mutual fund investment and AB attracted visitors called zipsip.
I signed with the service and later got a call from the mktg team to submit the ECS and other cheq.details.
Its already a month over I didn't allocated with the MF Units which I signed up.
Even I raised a complaint and they mentioned the Turn-Around Time. No one replied so far.
While contacting customer care they are saying the issue will solved shortly.
Poor Customer Support!
No value for your money!
Don't go with them.
If you wish to invest then directly signed with the MF Service provider
