I have been using mysore sandal soap for the past year on and off, and I have been enjoying it's experience so far.
The fragrance is extremely good because of the original sandalwood used in the soap. This is also the only soap which is authorised to use sandal in its manufacture. The cost also seems to be quite economical and available to the middle class.
When compared with lux which promises excellent aroma, mysore sandal in this case has an upper hand. There is no doubt that mysore sandal is one of the finest soaps available in South India. Only problem is that it tends to make the skin dry like other toilet soaps so it is not recommended to people with dry skin.
