I have been shpping online on myntra ever since its existance.
Customer service: satisfactory. But not as like it used to be. They used to provide prompt response when I email any issue with the delivered product. Also, the returning policy has changed for some products. We have to post them ourselves when we return it. Totally bad experience.
Product quality: I have bought many clothes via myntra. Most of the products are good if you choose a branded ones. But some brands show images that vary when delivered like color and quality.
Delivery time: this one totally sucks. I have ordered a tshirt and shirt on 5th jan received on 12th jan. It happened most of the times.
App and website: this is the only thing I like about myntra. The app and webiste soo good and user friendly compared to other sites. I like the concept of Product Description which shows about the product that is worn by the model in the images.
Reliability: not bad, but two years back it was really good.
