I recently made a purchase on Myntra and unfortunately had to return the item due to poor quality. The return process was a nightmare, with customer service being unresponsive and unhelpful. I had to follow up multiple times for my refund, which ended up taking weeks to process. Additionally, the refund amount was less than expected due to their "restocking fee." Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my experience and would not recommend Myntra to others.
