Hopeless customer service
I ordered a spykar t-shirt from myntra and when I received it, it was “M” size, though I ordered “L” size. And I saw that they didn't have a reverse pickup service even small websites has. So, I had to transfer it with my own money. And then the problem of refund arise. I sent mail for refund. And they just reply sorry with no such clear thought of refund process. And finally after some days, they replied that they have not got my products . but I checked the courier service, they said that product has been received by myntra. Myntra was telling lie that they have not received the product.and finally they concluded that they will not refund my money. So after that I deleted the myntra app from my smartphone and I will not use their app again for giving any order.
