I ordered 6 items from myntra namely montecarlo cardigans and home sizzler bedsheets. They show delivered on February 5, 2025. But I received a damaged packaging and only one product that too wrong.
I have been contacting the help centre for over a month and still no update from them. My complaint keeps getting closed by the internal team. There are no updates.
my 4500 is struck.
I am very disappointed with the customer service. They just say sorry and give a timeline for 48 or 24 hours. Some of them don't know how to talk either.
